James Brazil, MD is a board–certified dermatologist. He has been

Scar Revisions – Acne
scars, as well as scars from injury or previous trauma, can
be surgically revised. Laser resurfacing, Vibradermabrasion,
and Intense Pulsed Light treatments can improve the texture and contour of scars. Soft tissue fillers can raise
depressed scars along with areas of volume loss.
Birthmarks – Vascular
and pigmented birthmarks may sometimes need to be surgically
excised, depending on the type and location. Lasers and
intense pulsed light treatments may also be a first line
treatment – only to be determined during your consultation.
Benign Skin Growths and Moles - Many need to be
removed due to pain and irritation, suspicious changes, or
cosmetic concerns. Dr. Brazil’s surgical expertise will help
you obtain a less noticeable scar.
Cancerous Growths – Cancerous growths, such as
basal cell cancer, squamous cell cancer or malignant
melanomas are treated in a variety of ways. Most need to be
excised and Dr. Brazil is skilled in a variety of repairs to
restore lost function and provide the best possible cosmetic
outcome. Non-surgical treatments, like Aldara, will be used
when appropriate.

dermatologic surgeons. Dr. Brazil and his team of medical
